I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's lobby and common areas. The beautiful chandeliers and comfortable seating made it a perfect place to relax and socialize with other senior travelers. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with spacious corridors and well-marked, easy-to-navigate pathways throughout the property, making it easy for us to move around comfortably.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children of the staff to be more attentive to the specific needs of elderly guests, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing gentle reminders about elevator locations.

It was really nice time in Amsterdam. The place was fairly clean, I loved its staff and location. The view out of the windows was wonderful. Also, a grand 17th - century canal - house museum was placed nearby.

Phenomenal location for visiting Amsterdam, it's very close to a central area, the airport and a tram to the central station. Staff is approaching, easy check-in.

The room itself was comfortable and had a nice touch with a coffee pod machine. Although there were some issues with noise insulation, overall, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and central location.

The staff is approachable, the breakfast incredible, the ocation is fab near metro and tram, the city centrum, coffee shops. Public parking nearby provided. In fact, there is fast internet.

The relaxation facilities further heightened our enjoyment during our stay.

The hallways and common areas seemed a bit worn and could use some maintenance. the fact that the vacuum cleaner was stored outside of our room was a bit inconvenient.

They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I arrived early in the morning after a long flight, they kindly allowed me to check into my room right away, allowing me to rest and relax. the location of the hotel was also perfect, making it easy for me to explore the city.

This place has a fantastic location! It's right in the heart of the city and you can easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. The staff here are amazing, always so helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the free welcome drink too! The room was really clean and had everything you need, like great in-room amenities and free Wi-Fi. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby!

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.
